Common Questions
How long does the process take?
Most archives are scanned, structured and returned within four to six weeks from the day we receive your box. Larger collections or materials requiring specialist handling may take longer. We keep you updated at every stage through your Tiora account.
What can I include in my box?
Photographs, albums, loose prints, letters, certificates, documents and newspaper clippings. If it tells part of your family’s story, it belongs in the box. The guide included in your Tiora kit covers everything in detail.
What happens after my archive is live?
Your originals are returned and your digital archive is ready to browse. You can invite family members, set access permissions for each person and assign succession instructions so the archive passes to the right person at the right time. The archive stays live for as long as your membership is active.
