What does the engagement include?
The selected tier covers the archive box, professional preservation of photographs, consolidation of up to three digital sources, family access setup with succession in place and platform access for the first year.
How is additional volume priced?
Additional photographs are priced on a sliding scale from $0.99 down to $0.65 per photograph at higher volumes. All additional scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Are there ongoing costs after the first year?
Platform access continues at $22 per month. Ongoing additions, access changes and archive updates are available on arrangement.
How does Tiora handle family access?
Access is defined by the person who starts the archive, what each member can see and contribute. Structured for real families, including blended households, multiple generations and changing relationships. Set once. Held.
Can access arrangements change over time?
Yes. The person who started the archive retains full control. Access levels can be adjusted and new family members added at any time.
What happens to the archive when the founder is gone?
